Full-time Mommy, part-time work

It's official. I will be heading back into the work world starting in January. It will be time to figure out how to balance full-time mommy (because there is NO such thing as part-time mommy in my book) and part-time work (about 15 hours a week, except January will probably be more like 20). My office has graciously agreed to take me back during W2 and tax season. It is a huge answer to prayer for us. Josh really enjoys his job and it has indeed been a big blessing, but we budgeted him working 40 hours a week and he is only getting not more than 30-35. When they get done with their production goals for the night, they are done, so if it's early, then he is sent on home. Right now it looks like my schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Josh will be with Caleb on Mondays, and then JLeigh has agreed to keep watch Wednesdays and Thursdays. (I don't know what I'd do without the Holloways' help sometimes! We are very thankful the Lord has them in our lives.) I am looking forward to getting back into the office and working with everyone again, but it's also going to be hard to be away from my boy, even if it's for really only so few hours a week. I struggle with the idea that I'm going to miss out on something- he is learning so many new things every day! I know it's for a short season, but it's still hard for this momma.

In this season of our lives God has continually shown us he is our provider and it is in him our trust needs to be placed. Time and time again he has provided exactly what we need, exactly when we need it.
