Youngsville, NC- Construction will begin today at the Palace as the Mr. and Mrs. prepare for a new fence to be installed on Monday, July 20. The current fence, which could not hold back the Palace guard dogs, will be torn down today with assistance from the Mr.'s friend, Jason Smith. Our anonymous insider reports that the current fence's condition is so bad that items such as a lawn mower, kayaks, and large rocks have been used to contain the guard dogs until the fence could be replaced. The fencing company, Seegars, will take on the task of installing 6 ft. chainlink fencing while the Mr. and Mrs. are vacationing. Palace neighbors Andy and Pam Weber have graciously accepted the request to oversee the construction progress and care for the Palace's feline, Leonidas. There are no expected delays for traffic passing by the Palace today. Monday's construction may involve slower moving traffic along Thistle Drive. Caution is advised on both days.
Stay tuned, stay faithful.
